Kit Contents & Technical Specifications:
- 2 x Mechanical Pressure Gauges: High-performance instruments delivering ±1.0% full-scale accuracy, manufactured and certified in strict accordance with BS EN 837-1 (formerly BS 1780).
- 2 x Pressure Gauge Adaptor Probes: Engineered for quick, leak-free connection between the included pressure gauges and standard system test plugs.
- 2 x Bimetal Pocket Thermometers: Reliable, direct-reading mechanical thermometers designed for rapid temperature verification on the go.
- 1 x Bottle of Leak-Detection Liquid Soap: For fast, reliable visual checks to ensure joint integrity and identify gas or air leaks.
- 1 x Heavy-Duty Protection Case: Features custom-cut foam inserts that securely cradle each component, preventing movement and protecting delicate calibration settings during transit.
Tailored Range Configurations
To ensure the TK1 kit aligns perfectly with your on-site applications, key instrumentation ranges can be specified upon ordering:
- Pressure Gauge Calibration: Available in standard pressure profiles up to 600 PSI (40 BAR). Please specify your required operating range when placing your order. If not specified, our standard dual-scale 0–100 PSI & 7 BAR gauges will be supplied.
- Bimetal Thermometer Ranges: Choose between -10°C to +110°C or -40°C to +70°C scales. If no preference is stated, the standard -10°C to +110°C thermometers will be included.
