Technical Specifications & Performance
Constructed with 316L stainless steel internals and wetted parts, these gauges provide superior resistance to corrosive media and high-temperature substances. They are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with European Standard EN 837-1.
- Fluid Applications: Ideal for measuring liquids that are not highly viscous, over 150°C, or prone to crystallisation.
- Gas Applications: Suitable for most gases up to a maximum of 25 bar.
Safety & Material Compatibility
To ensure the longevity of your instrumentation and the safety of your site, please consider the following specialised requirements:
- High Pressures: For gas applications exceeding 25 bar, we strongly recommend using a Safety Pattern Gauge.
- Specialised Gases: For oxygen or acetylene service, please refer to our Oxygen & Acetylene Gauges to ensure oil-free construction.
- Aggressive Media: For highly viscous, crystallising, or extremely aggressive substances, our Diaphragm & Hygienic Seals offer the necessary isolation to protect the gauge internals.
Not sure about compatibility? While 316L stainless steel is highly versatile, certain chemicals or extreme temperatures may require alternative materials. Please contact our technical team for guidance on your specific process medium.
