Test Plugs: Our rubber sealing test plugs are renowned for their ease of installation, quick and easy use, versatility, and cost-effectiveness. They are designed with features such as a round, knurled cap for hand-tight sealing, captive caps, and specially formulated rubber cores for easy insertion and a fast seal. Our “Selfseal” test plugs have been tried and tested for over twenty years, making them the professional’s choice.

Gauges & Thermometers: We offer a range of gauges and thermometers to complement our test plugs, ensuring accurate pressure and temperature readings.

Advantages of Our Test Plugs

Our test plugs offer significant advantages for heating, chilled water, and process installations:

Easy to Install: Test plugs are easily screwed into a BSP welded socket, threaded pipe tee, valve, or vessel.
Quick and Easy to Use: Users can quickly take pressure/temperature readings by unscrewing the captive cap, inserting a probe, taking the reading, and replacing the cap.
Versatile: They can be used to obtain pressure and temperature readings, determine flow rates, and even inject fluids into a system.
Accurate Data: Direct contact with the liquid or gas in the system, combined with the use of correct gauges or thermometers, ensures greater accuracy. Our non-mechanical test plugs do not rely on springs and will not scale up.
Low Cost: Test plugs are an economical alternative to gauge cocks or pressure gauges.
Reduced Commissioning Time: Their small size and low cost allow for flexible placement, enabling commissioning engineers to balance and commission systems with greater accuracy and efficiency.
