Consumer Contracts Regulations
Consumer Contracts Regulations (Cancellations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, retail consumers (excluding business-to-business customers) have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days, starting from the day after the goods are received.
To qualify for a cancellation, the goods or services must not be exempt from our return policy (please see our Returns & Refunds section for details) and must be returned in a 100% re-saleable condition.
- Return Shipping Costs: If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted items to us.
- Refunds: For all eligible returns within this period, we will issue a full refund, including the original standard outward shipping charge.
Business-to-Business Sales
Please note that business sales do not fall under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Commercial customers should refer to our standard Business Terms & Conditions for more information regarding cancellations and returns.
