Portable Differential Manometers

The Comdronic manometer is a portable pressure indicator which is designed for the measurement of single or differential pressures up to 1 BAR with an accuracy +/- 0.25% of full scale reading.

With 1 BAR differential the gauge will withstand line pressures up to 10 BAR. Readings can be switched to BAR, MBAR, PSI, or INS H²O or KPA, MM H²O, PSI or MBAR. The instrument is provided with a carrying case, retractable tubing and a selection of adaptors.

Applications

Balancing water systems: A light, compact instrument for heating and ventilating commissioning. The manometer provides quick, and accurate measurement of differential pressure across regulating valves and orifice plates.
Indication of filter condition: In the differential mode, the instrument will indicate a pressure drop across a filter.
Flow Indicator: The manometer is a useful instrument for indicating differential pressure across venturis, orifice plates, pitot tubes etc.
Instrument calibration: On site calibration of pressure or differential pressure instruments whose accuracy is less than +/- 0.25% FSD.

Features

Digital indication: Clear 3 1/2 digit LCD 1/2" display eliminates reading errors and incorporates a battery condition indicator.
Portable: Complete with a compact carrying case the manometer weighs 3 1/2 lbs. and overcomes many of the problems associated with traditional manometers.

Accuracy +/- 0.25% of recommended operating range at 20°C.

Materials in contact with pressure medium Stainless steel, brass, nylon, urethane, gel silicon, nitrile and aluminium.
Display 3 1/2 digit 1/2" high liquid crystal.
Controls On/off switch. Pressure unit selector switch. Zero reset knob at rear of case. Flushing valve for use with liquids. Averaging switch to dampen the effect of pressure pulsation on the display.
Power Supply 2 x 9v DC batteries.
External power supply A battery eliminator can be supplied as an optional extra.
Tubing 2 x 3m transparent tubes marked red and black.
Adaptors Selfseal, Twinlok, and Mechseal test plug adaptors are included. Other adaptors to order.
